Wildlife Ranger – Protect Forests & Wildlife

Forestry England is seeking a Wildlife Ranger to join its district wildlife management team. The role is based in the western part of the forest district, with travel to Pry Rigg Larder (YO62 5EL) as needed. Salary is £34,793 per annum, with permanent, full-time hours (44 per week).

You will protect forests, support conservation priorities, and promote a strong health and safety culture. Applicants must hold a valid firearms licence and pass the DSC level 1 shooting test, plus security checks.
