Introduction

This 3‑year programme provides the essential knowledge, skills and behaviours for service technicians by working on a range of lift trucks and powered access machines. Suitable for anyone interested in engineering, the first two years focus on removal, refit, service, and inspection, and the third year on fault diagnosis.

What You’ll Do

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and gain hands‑on experience, working alongside experienced staff.

  • Service, maintain and repair forklift trucks and other material‑handling equipment.
  • Work in a branch or at customer sites, within a variety of environments and equipment types.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and policies set by customers and Windsor.
