Protocol Education is partnering with a welcoming Gateshead nursery to appoint a Level 5 Early Years Leader. You will guide a team of Early Years Practitioners, shape high-quality practice and foster a positive culture where children, families and colleagues feel valued.

You will mentor staff, coordinate planning and observations, and work with senior leaders to maintain standards and drive continuous improvement across the setting.
