Head Gardener – Private Estate, Live-Out, 2.5-3 Acres

Leaman Consulting is seeking a Head Gardener for a private family estate in Virginia Water, Surrey. The role covers overall management and hands-on maintenance of the gardens, including lawns, borders, trees, and outdoor features.

The estate spans 2.5–3 acres with formal planting, a tennis court and an outdoor pool. The successful candidate will plan seasonal tasks, monitor plant health, service machinery and coordinate with external contractors, starting ASAP.
