Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a Chef De Partie for Defence, on a full-time basis contracted to 35 hours per week. You will prepare and serve high-quality food, oversee menu changes and contribute to creative food concepts while upholding hygiene standards.
You should have City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ, a Food Hygiene certificate, and experience supervising a team. A passion for great-tasting food and customer service is essential.
