Senior Care Lead – Dementia Care & Team Leadership

La Fontana Dementia Nursing Home in Martock, Somerset, is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to guide and support a care team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents.

You will oversee shifts, assist with medication, maintain accurate records, and liaise with families and healthcare professionals. NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is required, Level 3 desirable or willingness to work towards, and you must be willing to work alternate weekends.
