Job Description:
HIGH GROVE BEDS LTD is seeking a Sales/Customer Service Administrator apprentice to support a busy sales department. You will learn to handle customer queries, respond to emails, and perform daily data entry of orders using Sage.
The role includes data transfer and quality checking, with progression to Business Administrator Level 3 or Customer Service Specialist Level 3 after training. The apprenticeship runs Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00, for approximately 1 year 3 months.
