Harbour Hotels in Guildford is seeking an exceptional Spa Manager with proven experience in spa and leisure environments. NVQ Level 2/3 qualification and TEMPLE SPA and ELEMIS training are highly regarded.

You will oversee daily spa operations, drive guest satisfaction, manage the spa team and facilities, and ensure services meet premium standards. You’ll also be responsible for budget management and developing initiatives to grow revenue and client base.
