Driver Training Lead: Safety, Coaching & Compliance

Gregory Distribution Ltd in Ernesettle, Plymouth, is seeking a Driver Training Officer to develop driver capability, safety, and compliance. You will plan and deliver training across sites, support depot teams, and help maintain driver training records.

The role requires a UK Class 1 CE licence with at least three years driving, strong coaching and communication skills, and willingness to travel. Full training will be provided, with regular CPC and safety courses.
