Overview of project/role
Reporting to a Comms DLO Work Controller, you are responsible for ensuring that the Comms DLO Assets are maintained and delivered into service in a safe and timely manner. In addition, you support other LUL business units as instructed by their Line Manager.
Key Accountabilities
The job holder must be committed to LUL’s General Safety Policy statement and the Company’s safety programme, monitoring safety performance and compliance with established systems. The jobholder must be familiar with relevant safety legislation and comply with statutory requirements.
- Collect and verify all required information relevant to assigned tasks
- Escalate any missing or incomplete information to the appropriate personnel
- Prepare and organise all necessary tools, equipment, and materials before work
- Inspect tools, equipment, and materials to ensure they meet required standards
- Identify and resolve issues promptly within own level of responsibility
- Escalate any complex problems or deviations that cannot be resolved independently
- Follow established processes and procedures to complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all relevant stakeholders
- Accurately update and utilise systems such as the Fieldreach Asset Database and Field Data Manager
- Take corrective action to repair or rectify defective assets where required
- Complete all documentation in line with company standards and procedures

- A basic knowledge providing support functions to maintenance activities.
Experience
- LUCAS Card or (On Line Assessment)
- Lifts and Escalators Entry Permit (Desirable)
- Full Driving Licence (Essential)
