SALES ADVISOR – BRIGHTON (PART-TIME)

Job Summary

This is a temporary part‑time position (8, 12 or 16 hours) based in one of the Brighton stores. The role requires 2–4 days of flexibility, including weekends.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Represent the H&M brand positively and engage with customers to provide an excellent service and an exciting shopping experience.
• Support commercial and operational actions with colleagues to reach store goals and sales targets.
• Stay informed about the latest fashion trends, brands and competitors, using that knowledge to inspire and guide customers.
• Provide and receive feedback to help yourself and colleagues learn and develop.

Our store team includes Sales Advisors, Team Leaders, Department Managers, Visual Merchandisers and Store Managers, who together create an inspirational environment for customers and colleagues.
