Hours per Week: 39 hours
Shift pattern: Full-time – flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, we can discuss this further at interview.
Salary: Up to £35,000 Per Annum

The Role
As an Assistant StoreManager, you’ll work alongside the Store Manager to:
- Recruit,inspire & motivate a passionate team to exceed targets.
- Drivesales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control.
- Createa fun, engaging environment for both customers and colleagues.
- Ensureoperational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management.
What you’ll need tosucceed
- Previousexperience in retail management, ideally 1+years
- Passionfor customer service & sales.
- Strongdecision-making & problem-solving skills.
- Aresults-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
- Willingnessto carry out piercing services for our customers – with full trainingprovided (Optional)
