Care Coordinator: Patient Services & Admin

The Bovey Tracey and Chudleigh Practice is seeking a Care Coordinator to join the front-of-house team, based at Riverside Surgery in Bovey Tracey and Tower House Surgery in Chudleigh. The role requires travel between sites to support the Practice team and maintain smooth patient flow.

You will provide friendly reception, direct patients to the right services, and handle routing of messages while supporting clinicians and administrative staff.
