Fitzpatrick Referrals is looking to expand its growing team of Veterinary Care Assistants.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide central support to our patients, working alongside surgeons, nurses and care assistants.
• Assist nurses and clinicians in patient care across wards, both pre‑ and post‑operatively.
• Support the team in maintaining high standards of animal care and welfare.

Qualifications

• Experience working with animals, volunteering, or an animal management certificate is desirable but not essential.
• Full training will be provided.
• Committed, dedicated to patient care and welfare.
• Ability to work independently, use initiative and communicate effectively within a team.

Working Hours

This is a full‑time role working 40 hours per week, including weekends as per the rota.
