Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate Sales Associate (perm, part time 8hr) to join our Timberland team based in Bicester Village. As a Sales Associate you will inspire our customers, deliver excellent service, and help maintain the highest standards on our shop floor. Key Responsibilities
- Provide the highest level of customer service, ensuring all customers are treated with respect
- Develop a thorough knowledge of products in store
- Maintain merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines
- Keep up to date with current trends and the brand’s position within the market
- Follow all operational procedures in the store and in the stock room
Qualifications
- Love interacting with customers and set a great example for the rest of the team with a hands‑on mentality, enthusiasm, and passion for delivering a fantastic customer experience
- Positive can‑do attitude, facing all situations in the store
- Passionate about our brand, fashion, and retail in general
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (additional languages a plus but not necessary)
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as necessary
- Previous experience is great but not necessary – we value a passion for learning and a demonstration of our Guiding Principles: Live with Integrity, Act Courageously, Be Curious, Act with Empathy, and Persevere.
