Strategic Transformation Leader | Driving Health Innovation

NHS Blood and Transplant in Bristol is seeking a Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer to lead the development of the organisation’s strategy and portfolio of change. You will report to the Chief Executive and work with the Board to shape the next phase of transformation.

The role requires proactive stakeholder engagement, delivery of strategic cohesion, and the establishment of a new Directorate to drive modernisation, efficiency and innovation across donor and transplantation services.
