Head of Middle Office

Responsibilities

• Develop the framework and operating model for the firm’s growing middle office department
• End to end delivery across portfolio analytics, fund operations, risk oversight & compliance support
• Drive ongoing optimisation of the middle office tech and data infrastructure
• Maintain oversight of portfolio and corporate risk, including owning the corporate risk framework
• Build and develop a team of middle office specialists, evolving the team in line with the companies growth
• As MD of this function, sit alongside ExCo, ARCC and the Board on strategic growth and development of the overall business

The Requirements

• Seniority in establishing and running successful middle office functions with a broad remit ideally within a more boutique sized entity
• Strong understanding of a variety of product and asset classes including specialist markets
• Comfortable equally across fund operations and portfolio analytics
• Technologically comfortable, champion in utilising AI to improve processes and systems
