Senior Manager, SOX & Internal Controls – EMEA

Signode is seeking a Senior Manager, SOX Compliance & Internal Controls (EMEA) to lead and strengthen our internal control and SOX framework across the EMEA region. This role partners with Finance, IT, HR, Legal, Operations, and Audit teams to drive compliance, mitigate risk, and support continuous process improvement.

The position requires leadership experience, knowledge of SOX 404, COSO, PCAOB standards, and U.S. GAAP, plus fluency in English and travel up to 50%.
