The associate will conduct legal research on evolving regulatory frameworks, coordinate with regulators and external stakeholders, and support cross-border projects involving Caribbean jurisdictions. The role also involves collaborating with partners and colleagues on client development initiatives and contributing to thought leadership.
Qualifications
- Strong background in financial services regulation, including experience with payment services, virtual assets/crypto, and familiarity with MiCAR or comparable regulatory regimes.
- Demonstrated experience advising fintech companies, financial institutions, or regulated businesses on licensing, compliance, and risk management.
