SaaS Engineering Manager — Lead Dev Team (4 Days On Site)

SoCode Recruitment in Milton Keynes is seeking a hands-off Software Engineering Manager to lead an experienced Development function for a growing SaaS business. This role reports directly to the CEO and will help support the technical direction, as well as improve the current engineering processes and play a key part in shaping the next phase for the company.

The position is on-site in Milton Keynes, four days a week with a negotiable day rate and IR35 exemption.
