In‑House Legal Counsel — Commercial, IP & Growth

THG is seeking an in-house Commercial/Corporate Counsel in Manchester to join the Legal Team. You will advise on a broad range of commercial contracts, licensing, and manufacturing agreements, supporting growth and brand expansion across jurisdictions.

Reporting into the Deputy General Counsel, you will work with senior stakeholders, negotiate and draft agreements, and ensure legal risk is managed effectively while upholding THG’s competitive position in beauty and sports nutrition markets.
