We’re Hiring | Business Systems Functional Consultants (2 Roles – CRM & ERP)

Our Client is looking for two experienced Business Systems Functional Consultants to join their Business Systems Centre of Excellence.

Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales & Customer) Functional Consultant

• Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Experience with sales processes, customer service, case management, and customer journeys.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.

Dynamics 365 Finance (ERP) Functional Consultant

• Expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
• Strong understanding of General Ledger, AP, AR, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Experience improving finance processes and ERP solutions.

What you’ll be doing

• Act as the functional SME for Dynamics 365.
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Lead workshops and engage with business stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and system adoption.
• Collaborate with technical teams and delivery partners.
• Mentor junior consultants and support best practices.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant.
• Strong business process knowledge in either CRM or Finance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments is desirable.
