Director of HE Growth & Partnerships

New City College is seeking a Group Director for HE Development and Partnerships to lead the strategic intent for higher education across NCC. You will shape long-term growth, oversee teacher training provision, and drive compliance with Ofsted and awarding bodies.

You will work with partners, HEIs and internal teams to create income streams and strengthen NCC’s position in the sector, while managing a small HE support team and promoting staff development.
