Remote Legal Negotiator for Investment Contracts

Avantia Law is seeking an experienced qualified Lawyer to join on a freelance/consultancy basis to lead the negotiation of investment-related NDAs, engagement letters, joinder agreements and non-reliance letters. You will manage every phase of the contract process from initial review and negotiation to execution.

This fully remote role requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will work with global Avantia lawyers and paralegals on fast-paced pre-M&A contracts,
