The Opportunity We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the product roadmap and day-to-day delivery for Adobe Express’s Third-Party Embed SDK across our sports partners, including the Premier League and other leading sports properties. This role sits at the heart of how Adobe’s creative technology gets embedded into partner platforms — working hand-in-hand with the engineers embedded directly within those partner organizations to turn partner needs and audience data into a shipped, working product. You will be the day-to-day product owner for partner delivery: translating partner requirements and audience insights into a prioritized backlog, working closely with embedded engineering teams to ship features, and relentlessly focused on two outcomes — growing Monthly Active Users (MAU) on partner platforms, and creating “well-lit paths to Express,” where fans and users discover and are naturally guided toward the full Adobe Express product. This is a highly collaborative, execution-oriented role for someone who enjoys being close to both the partner relationship and the engineering work, and who can hold a roadmap together across shifting partner priorities and technical constraints.
What You’ll Do
- Own and drive the collaborative product roadmap for EPL and other sports partners, translating partner requirements, audience insights, and platform capabilities into a clear, prioritized backlog.
- Work directly with engineers embedded within partner organizations to scope, sequence, and ship features — bridging Adobe’s platform roadmap with each partner’s technical environment and delivery cadence.
- Drive MAU growth as a core success metric, using engagement data and funnel analysis to identify where and how fans engage with embedded Adobe experiences.
- Design and champion “well-lit paths to Express” — identifying and building the moments within partner experiences (e.g., partner-generated content, fan editing tools) that naturally lead users toward deeper engagement with Adobe Express.
- Partner closely with commercial and business development leads to ensure the roadmap reflects contractual and commercial commitments (e.g., SOW conditions, season planning documents) while flagging technical or resourcing risks early.
- Run structured planning cycles with partners — season planning, roadmap ownership documents, sprint/ticket-level requirements — ensuring partner‑facing commitments are realistic and delivered on time.
- Build and maintain reporting (dashboards, exec‑facing summaries) on MAU, engagement, and roadmap progress for partner and internal stakeholders.
- Navigate data and platform constraints (e.g., analytics gaps from third‑party cookie restrictions) pragmatically, finding workable measurement approaches where perfect data isn’t available.
- Protect partner‑facing conversations and commitments from internal cross‑functional misalignment, escalating early where priorities diverge.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of owning a roadmap and shipping features in close partnership with engineering teams.
- Experience working with or within a partner/embedded product model — comfortable navigating a partner’s technical environment and priorities alongside Adobe’s own.
- Strong data fluency — comfortable building MAU/engagement dashboards, running funnel analysis, and using data to defend prioritization calls with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Experience translating ambiguous or shifting partner requirements into concrete, sequenced engineering work (tickets, requirements docs, sprint plans).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills — able to work confidently with partner‑side teams, embedded engineers, and internal cross‑functional groups (BD, PMM, Design) simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing clear planning documents (roadmaps, season plans, requirements) for both partner and internal audiences.
- Comfortable operating with incomplete data or measurement constraints, and finding pragmatic paths forward rather than waiting for perfect information.
- A genuine interest in sports and fan engagement is a strong plus, given the day‑to‑day proximity to partners like the Premier League.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sports, media, or fan engagement products.
- Familiarity with embedded SDKs, partner platform APIs, or white‑label product integration.
- Experience working with engineering teams that sit outside your own organization (e.g., partner‑employed or partner‑embedded engineers).
- Experience with content creation, editing, or creative tooling products.
