Southern Water is seeking a Head of Customer Digital Products to shape and deliver a digital-first customer service strategy from Worthing. This hybrid role combines senior leadership with hands-on delivery, owning digital channels, analytics, and customer outcomes across operations, technology and product teams.

You’ll lead a multidisciplinary function, driving adoption, reducing avoidable contact and delivering measurable cost-to-serve improvements in a busy public utility environment.
