Quality & Safeguarding Lead – 7‑Month Secondment

Change Grow Live’s Bi-Borough Alcohol Service seeks a Quality & Safeguarding Lead on a seven-month secondment to support the Leadership Team in delivering high-quality, compliant service.

You will conduct audits, drive safeguarding practices, develop action plans, and collaborate with staff and safeguarding partners across the borough, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance.

Location: Victoria, London; 37.5 hours per week; fixed term to 31 March 2027.
