Head of Product Innovation — Global NPD Lead (SolidWorks)

Superior Wellness is seeking a Head of Product Development to lead innovation across premium hot tubs, saunas and wellness products. You will own the full lifecycle from concept to launch, partnering with manufacturing partners globally.

Onboarding is on-site in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, with a transition to a hybrid model requiring two days per week in the office. International travel for partnerships and launches is encouraged.
