Director of Social Work & Mental Health Services

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a full-time Head of Social Work and Social Care to lead the Oxfordshire and BSW Mental Health Directorate. The role focuses on strategic change, governance, and service development across all age pathways, with emphasis on collaboration and compassionate care.

You will have substantial experience in mental health, senior management, and working with partners across health, social care and VCSE sectors, to improve outcomes and drive performance.
