Clinical Unit Leader (RGN/RMN) – Lead Care Team & Growth

Rubislaw Park Care Home in Aberdeen’s West End seeks a Clinical Unit Lead (RGN or RMN) to provide clinical and operational leadership for a dedicated unit. You will drive high-quality, safe care in line with care plans, best practice and regulatory requirements.

This senior role leads the clinical and care teams, oversees governance, medication management and performance, and mentors staff. 46-hour week at £23 per hour with paid NMC/PVG, pension and uniform provided.
