Head of Park Operations – Lead Guest Experience & Safety

Merlin Entertainments is seeking a Head of Park Operations to lead the day-to-day operation of our Theme Park in the UK, delivering safe and unforgettable guest experiences while hitting ambitious commercial goals.

Reporting to the Resort Operations and Experience Director, this role requires strategic leadership across rides, admissions, guest services, and queue management, with accountability for safety, throughput and revenue.
