Senior Site Manager: Lead Profitable, Community Homes

Keepmoat Limited in Weston-super-Mare is seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead a new development in the Southwest. You will safely and profitably plan, manage and control day-to-day site activities in line with programme, cost plans and company policies.

You will oversee Production, Quality, Cost Control and Company Care, motivate the site team and subcontractors, recruit for key roles and drive a culture of safety, quality and customer focus across the project.
