EMEA HR Ops Lead — 9-Month Contract (Remote/Hybrid)

Hudl is seeking an HR Operations Lead for a nine-month fixed-term contract to advise and support day‑to‑day HR operations across the EMEA region. You may work from the UK or Spain, with hybrid options at London or Barcelona offices.

You will partner with Payroll, Legal and People teams to design scalable processes, ensure regulatory compliance and manage onboarding, terminations and intracompany relocations. Strong communication and seven+ years of HR ops experience are required.
