Senior Site Manager – Residential Construction

Barratt Developments plc in the North East region is recruiting a Site Manager to lead the construction of new homes on multiple developments. You will manage the build programme, safety, quality, and customer care, coordinating trades, materials, and costs to deliver on time.

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will drive on-site performance, conduct toolbox talks, and liaise with sales and other teams to ensure a smooth handover to customers. A Chartered / NVQ 5 pathway is preferred.
