Shop Manager: Lead a Busy Team to Great Service

Farmfoods Ltd is seeking a proactive Shop Manager for our Enfield-area store in Greater London. This full-time position covers 45 hours per week across five days, with a salary of £34,262.76–£39,889.20 per year, plus 30 days of holiday and a 15% staff discount across Farmfoods shops.

You will lead a busy team, recruit and develop staff, manage costs and payroll, and ensure outstanding customer service and shop standards. A full driving licence is desirable; DBS checks apply for employment.
