Welcome Break Derby is hiring an Assistant Manager for the Greggs unit. You will help lead the team on shift, sustain high standards, and ensure every customer enjoys a warm welcome and great experience.

You’ll support the Store Manager across service, safety, people and commercial performance, coach colleagues, manage stock and routines, and help the unit stay clean, organised and prepared for busy periods, with real progression to Store Manager.
