Residential Site Manager – Cardiff (4–6 Week Contract)

O’Neill & Brennan is seeking a Site Manager to cover a live Cardiff development on a short-term contract. You will oversee traditional build and timber frame works, manage subcontractors, and ensure the programme stays on track with NHBC standards.

The role requires proven residential site management experience, excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to drive site activities on a busy housing site in Cardiff.
