Joules Head Office in Market Harborough seeks a Compliance & Quality Lead to drive product integrity from concept to production. You will coordinate between Buying, Sourcing and Technical teams to champion regulatory compliance, sustainability and overall quality across apparel lines.

The role leads the Compliance and Fabric Technologist teams, ensuring awareness of UK/EU and international regulations, and utilizes PowerBI dashboards to improve systems.
