Salt is seeking a Data Science Manager to lead a retail-focused Data Science team in the Southampton area. You will drive machine learning and advanced analytics to enhance customer insight, inform commercial decisions and enable personalisation across the business.

You will challenge approaches, raise standards, coach talent and influence senior stakeholders across Customer, Digital, CRM, Loyalty, Retail Media, Finance and Technology.
