European Payroll Delivery Lead (Hybrid/Remote)

Ramboll is seeking a European Payroll Service Delivery Manager to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll across Europe. You will own service governance, vendor relationships, and continuous improvement in a hybrid/remote delivery model.

In this role, you will collaborate with HR, Finance, ICT, and external vendors to drive payroll transformation, country onboarding, and automation initiatives while maintaining strong controls and audit readiness across Ramboll’s European payroll
