Lead Software Engineer – Build the Audio Platform

Bauer Media Audio (BMA) is creating a new software development hub in Manchester. We are seeking a Lead Engineer to combine hands‑on engineering with day‑to‑day leadership of a squad, guiding technical decisions and engineering standards.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with Product and other leads, and contribute to delivery planning while fostering an inclusive, high‑performing culture in a fast‑moving media environment.
