Data Availability Lead — SQL & BI Reliability (London)

Environmental Resources Management (ERM) seeks a Data Availability Leader to oversee SQL databases, data models and Power BI reports. Based in London, you will lead a small team, ensure high uptime for databases and the finance system, and work with vendors to resolve issues.

The role requires 5+ years as a DBA, strong SQL/Data skills, and experience with Fabric/Power BI. Occasional out-of-hours work is expected as part of service delivery.
