What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver AI software implementations for enterprise clients.
- Configure and customise software to meet customer requirements.
- Analyse data, troubleshoot issues and identify root causes.
- Work closely with clients to ensure successful onboarding and adoption.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
- Build expertise in AI technology, SaaS implementation and solution consulting.
You’ll thrive in this role if you are:
- A natural problem solver who enjoys tackling complex challenges.
- Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with technology, data and new software.
- An excellent communicator who can explain complex concepts clearly.
- Curious, proactive and eager to learn.
- Degree educated (2:1 or above preferred) in any analytical discipline, including:
- Computer Science
- Mathematics
- Physics
- Economics
- Business
- Law
- Humanities
- Or another problem-solving subject
