Hands-On Engineering Team Leader – 22 Shift Holidays

Wagstaff Recruitment is recruiting an Engineering Team Leader for a fast-growing UK food manufacturer in Boston, Lincolnshire. The role combines hands-on engineering with people management to support a highly automated production facility.

The successful candidate will have a Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, an industrial engineering background and proven leadership experience. Salary £55,000–£56,500 per annum plus 22 shift holidays.
