Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced onshore geophysicist to collect, process, interpret, and analyze geophysical data (SSS/SBP/MAG) to produce accurate maps and models of the sub‑seafloor geology. The role includes production of reports, supporting the RepCo/P&R support, and ensuring deliverables meet company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce all required reports during or at the end of operations.
• Process SSS/SBP/MAG data and create preliminary and final reporting products.
• Support RepCo/P&R support in report production.
• Report to the P&R Manager.
• Liaise with P&R supervisor/RepCo on project matters.
• Ensure final deliverables align with the company’s quality standards.

Candidate Profile

• Strong onshore geophysicist background; bachelor’s or master’s degree in geophysics, geology, or related field.
• Experience with Sonarwiz/CODA/Oasis Montaj; familiarity with similar software acceptable.
• Proficient in QA/QC of SSS/SBP/MAG data and GIS software (ArcGIS or QGIS).
• Offshore experience preferred.
• Knowledge of geological/geophysical equipment helpful.
• Good written and oral English.
• Must be able to travel freely.
• Right to live and work in the UK.
