Senior Architectural Technologist — Net Zero Project Lead

Bridgend County Borough Council is seeking an enthusiastic Architectural Professional to join the Major Projects Team. You will lead design teams on large scale, multi‑million pound schemes and support the Principal Architectural Technologist in project delivery.

We value strong technical, presentation, and design skills, with a solid grasp of CDM Regulations, Net Zero targets, and JCT contracts. Hybrid/remote work is offered with office/site attendance as required.
