Brightbox Group is hiring its first dedicated demand generation lead to own the inbound engine end-to-end within a small, AI-native growth team.

You will craft content, campaigns and personal-brand initiatives, with LinkedIn as the primary channel, and build repeatable systems that convert engaged leads into MQLs and SQLs.

This remote-first role offers occasional in-person collaboration, with a Manchester office day each month and preference for Midlands or North of England applicants.
