Lead Engineer — Manufacturing Shift Leader (Panama)

Weetabix is seeking a Lead Engineer to provide day‑to‑day technical leadership on a manufacturing shift. You will coordinate a multi‑skilled team, balance hands‑on work with people leadership, and drive safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

You will lead maintenance planning, respond to breakdowns, coach engineers and apprentices, and ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety and quality standards across the site.
