SOC Lead: Detection & IR Architect (AWS)

Netcompany is seeking a seasoned SOC Lead to architect, build, and evolve monitoring capabilities for major client engagements in the UK. You will provide senior technical oversight, drive complex incident responses, and mentor analysts to strengthen team capability from day one, with a clear progression path to Manager.

You will own the SOC operating model, detection strategy, and runbooks, while coordinating with infrastructure and application teams to ensure containment and rapid recovery.
