Senior Residential Manager – Ofsted Registered, Two Children’s Homes

CYS Security is seeking an experienced Residential Manager to lead two children’s residential homes in Gravesend and Gillingham, Kent. The role requires Ofsted registration, compliance with the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015, and driving high-quality care and safeguarding across both sites.

You will manage staff across both homes, oversee admissions and care planning, and maintain records for inspections.
